How to Enter Your Details
Please follow the instructions below carefully to download your admit card. You need two pieces of information: your Student ID and your Date of Birth in the correct format.
1. STUDENT ID
Your Student ID is a unique code created by combining your Class, Roll Number, Section, and the Year.
The format is: MVMN<CLASS><ROLL_NO><SECTION><YEAR>
Example:A student in Class 9, with Roll No. 01, in section Maha (M) for the year 2025.
Their Student ID will be: MVMN0901M25
- CLASS: Use two digits (e.g., Class 9 is `09`, Class 10 is `10`).
- ROLL NO: Use two digits (e.g., Roll 1 is `01`, Roll 15 is `15`).
- SECTION: Use a single letter:
- `M` for Maha section
- `R` for Rishi section
- `N` if you have No section
- YEAR: The last two digits of the examination year (e.g., 2025 is `25`).
2. DATE OF BIRTH
Your Date of Birth must be entered in a continuous 8-digit format without any spaces, dashes, or slashes.
The format is: DDMMYYYY (Day, Month, Year).
Example:If your date of birth is 1st May 2011.
You must enter it as: 1052011
- DD: Day of birth (Students whose birth date is between 1 and 9 must write it as a single digit only (e.g., 1, 2, 3… not 01, 02, 03). Example: 1 May 2011 → 1052011`).
- MM: Month of birth (must be two digits, e.g., May is `05`, November is `11`).
- YYYY: The full year of birth (e.g., `2011`).
